Rutter describes Requiem as “intimate rather than grandiose, contemplative and lyrical rather than dramatic, and ultimately moving towards light rather than darkness — the “lux aeterna” of the closing text.” $10 donation encouraged, and a portion of the proceeds will go toward Hurricane Relief for the music ministries of parishes impacted by Hurricane Helene.
